We provide an environment where you gain valuable development experience and begin your professional journey**.** **WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?** Internship opportunities will be available across various academic disciplines and business areas; your interests, field of study, and vacancy availability will determine your options! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Exposure to real-world market situations requiring you to develop plans and assist the company in solving problems; * Learning and applying methodologies such as Lean, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4\.0, Scrum, Six Sigma, and other current market practices; * Participation in projects related to manufacturing, engineering, quality, production, logistics, IT, and other company functions; * Supporting and assisting activities within your assigned department. **WHO CAN BE AN INTERN AT CATERPILLAR?** * Must be currently enrolled and attending an undergraduate program: Bachelor’s degree or Technology-focused programs (short-term courses averaging 2–3 years for Technologist training); * Internship schedule must not conflict with the student’s academic timetable, even for online courses. **WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION?** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Accounting Sciences, Economics and related fields, or Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Control and Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics and related fields), or Information Technology-related programs; expected graduation preferably between December/27 and July/28; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Availability to intern at one of our locations in Brazil (Piracicaba, Campo Largo, São Paulo, or Curitiba); * English language proficiency at least at an intermediate level; * Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills, Self-accountability, Active learning, Critical thinking, Problem solving, Managing multiple priorities, Resilience **BENEFITS:** * Competitive internship stipend; * Medical and dental plans; * Wellhub (Gympass) partnership; * Private pension plan; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance. *Caterpillar reserves the right to modify or change benefits at any time, with prior notice and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
