Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant to identify customer needs, provide support, and manage sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Passion for sales, fashion, and accessories Position: Sales Assistant (On-site \- Limeira/SP) We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to: * Identify customer needs, answer questions, and appropriately direct customers when necessary; * Provide support and service both in-person and online; * Present, pick, and pack orders; * Register customers and orders in systems; * Provide service across various communication channels and in person; * Support sales closure on digital platforms; * Register and qualify leads in the CRM; * Manage merchandise returns and store restocking. Requirements: * Completed high school education. Higher education, technical training, or undergraduate studies (completed or in progress) are desirable. * Languages: Intermediate English and Spanish are advantageous; * Customer service experience is desirable.
