Manage payments and assist with basic administrative tasks We are looking for a thoughtful, proactive receptionist with excellent personal presentation to serve on the front line of our customer service. As the clinic’s receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience to our clients, ensuring a discreet, respectful, and organized environment. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients with friendliness and discretion, both in person and via phone/WhatsApp * Schedule and confirm appointments and procedures * Organize the reception area and support consultation rooms * Manage specialists’ schedules * Handle payments and issue receipts/invoices * Assist with basic administrative tasks (registrations, reception inventory control, etc.) Requirements: * Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare clinics * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Discretion, empathy, and professionalism * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling applications (Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, etc.) * Completed high school education Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.800,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
