If you seek professional development and challenges within a structured corporate environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for corporate systems, software, and applications; * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform hardware/software movement/replacement; * Deliver support via ITSM ticketing tool, either remotely or on-site; * Ensure availability and performance of customers’ technological platforms; * Comply with SLAs and service-level agreements related to telephony, IT, and infrastructure; * Log, track, and resolve incidents while monitoring live operational environments; * Follow through activities to completion, aiming for continuous improvement and prevention of recurrence. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of first-level (L1) support; * Experience or exposure to technical support for systems and infrastructure; * Strong communication skills, punctuality, and proactive attitude; * Full availability regarding working hours; * Easy access to the airport/cargo region. **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in critical environments or 24x7 operations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, completed or in progress.
