




**JUNIOR SUPPORT TECHNICIAN \- SERVICE DESK** --------------------------------------------- * **Company: Azul Linhas Aéreas** * **Location:** Rod. Santos Dumont, km 66 \- Parque Universitario de Viracopos, Campinas \- SP, 13055\-900 * **Employment Type:** CLT \| 100% In-person * **Shift Schedule:** 12 on / 36 off (12 hours of work x 36 hours of rest) \| 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * First-level telephone Service Desk support * Technical support for Azul crew members and employees * Opening, tracking, and resolving technical service requests * Coordination with third-party vendors and partner companies * Providing support outside regular shift hours as needed ### **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** ✓ Proven experience in Service Desk ✓ Technical support knowledge ✓ Experience in telephone customer support ✓ Flexible availability (including weekends) ✓ Willingness to work outside scheduled shifts when required ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Strong and effective communication skills * Professional demeanor * Proactive problem-solving attitude * Demonstrated punctuality * Open and pleasant conversational style * Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools **Interested in growing with us?
