Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive IT intern to provide technical support and infrastructure assistance, supporting technology operations and participating in internal and external projects, with a focus on learning and growth. Training and hands-on experience in real-world projects We are looking for an IT intern to work in the areas of technical support and infrastructure, providing support for technology operations and participating in internal and external projects. We seek a proactive individual eager to learn and grow alongside the team. **Responsibilities** * Provide Level 1 technical support to users (remote and on-site). * Install and configure computers, laptops, operating systems, and software. * Log and track service requests. * Perform basic configuration of printers, e\-mails, and user accounts. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in: **Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields**. * Availability to intern from 10:00 to 17:00. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Knowledge of **Active Directory**, **Office 365 Admin**, **Linux**, or **Ubiquiti UniFi**. * Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, networking, hardware, and software. * Prior technical support experience (even informal). **Benefits** * Internship stipend aligned with market standards. * Transportation allowance. * Genuine opportunity for permanent employment. * Training and hands-on experience in real-world projects. * Collaborative work environment with abundant learning opportunities.
