Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT, communication, electrical network, security, and automation equipment, as well as administrative and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT and security equipment 2. Monitoring of network links and assets 3. Technical and administrative support to employees Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and conduct inventories of IT equipment, voice and data communication systems, stabilized electrical networks, alarm systems, access control systems, barriers, CCTV, PDVs, scales, and POS terminals; monitor available network links and assets to ensure their functionality; Supervise services performed by third-party companies; Log service requests, tracking both corrective and preventive maintenance activities for equipment; Verify pending credit/debit card sales through the SITEF system and perform necessary maintenance; Perform daily routines in the management software, importing, sending, and verifying product price updates for scales and PDVs; Submit external service requests for equipment maintenance or procurement of third-party supplies; Carry out administrative tasks and business support activities; Generate reports on price changes and completed sales; Assist employees by clarifying questions regarding equipment usage; Issue daily reports on completed sales and send them to the treasury department; **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
