Here, every employee is a fundamental piece of our success! We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a **Generalist HR Assistant**. If you are passionate about all facets of HR and ready to tackle diverse challenges, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the store’s HR Analyst with departmental tasks. * Recruitment and Selection: Support the HR Analyst in end-to-end hiring processes—from defining job profiles to onboarding new employees; * Organizational Development: Collaborate in designing training and development programs, identifying needs and proposing solutions; * Personnel Administration: Execute personnel administration activities—including time tracking, benefits management, and document control; * Labor Relations: Provide support on labor-related matters, helping ensure workplace compliance with current legislation; * Internal Communication: Participate in internal communication initiatives to promote a solid, transparent organizational culture; * Continuous Innovation: Always pursuing best practices, you’ll stay attuned to market trends, suggesting innovative ideas and tools to enhance our processes; * Partnership with Internal HR: Serve as the liaison between the store and the HR department, ensuring efficient, aligned communication; * Active Meeting Participation: Actively participate in meetings and briefings, contributing insights and proposals for continuous process improvement. **Interested?!
