We also support the entry and growth of new startups in the Brazilian market. We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to directly handle day-to-day HR activities. This person will support the team in evaluations, recruitment and selection, employee offboarding, people management, and corporate events. **Responsibilities** * Conduct talent recruitment and selection processes; * Administer performance evaluations, climate surveys, and GPTW assessments; * Carry out empathetic offboarding and support career development plans; * Strategically manage benefits (macro-level management); * Organize corporate events and employee engagement initiatives; * Structure and update job roles, salaries, and development pathways; * Implement training programs and onboarding for new employees; * Monitor HR metrics and routine activities via TeamWork; * Manage people and supervise HR department activities. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources; * Proficiency in Google Workspace; * Residency in Campinas or surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Excel and formulas; * English proficiency. **Benefits** Hybrid model, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Gympass, Life Insurance, SESC membership, Childcare Assistance, Amil Health Plan, Amil Dental Plan, Viva Psychology, and Conexa Saúde **Salary:** Between R$4.000,00 and R$4.500,00 **Selection Process Steps** 1st Stage – Meeting with HR A conversation to understand your profile, alignment with Integrance, technical and behavioral competencies, goals, and expectations. 2nd Stage – Meeting with Management A deeper discussion about your technical and professional skills, cultural fit, and potential contribution.
