Job Summary: Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the organization, safety, and operational continuity of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to operational organization and safety. **Education** Completed elementary school (minimum); Completed high school (preferred); Basic courses in industrial maintenance (advantageous). **Objective** Strengthen the maintenance team by ensuring operational support in daily routines, organizing tools and materials, and assisting with disassembly, assembly, and technical interventions, thereby ensuring agility and quality in executed services. **Job Mission** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the organization, safety, and operational continuity of equipment and facilities. **Main Responsibilities** Perform sanding, blasting (abrasive or hydroblasting), stripping, and primer application; Organize and store tools and materials; Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Provide support to mechanics during disassembly and assembly; Support painting activities; Assist in receiving and dispatching equipment. **Technical Requirements** Basic knowledge of mechanical or industrial maintenance; Basic knowledge of using manual and electric tools; Ability to assist in equipment disassembly and assembly; Basic knowledge of warehouse organization; Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations. **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$150.00, transportation allowance, on-site meals and breakfast, Amil Fácil 50 or Notre Dame Smart 300 CE Infirmary medical/dental assistance—employer covers 50%. R$30.00 meal allowance deduction from payroll.
