Your main responsibilities include: * Providing functional support for the Fiscal Writing and Accounting modules of the Domínio system, **via telephone.** * Ensuring clarity, conciseness, and accuracy in all information conveyed to clients. * Focusing on efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction. * Understanding the customer journey and guiding them according to their needs. * Acting as an intermediary for enhancement and correction requests to Product teams. * Promoting and embodying Thomson Reuters’ values and behaviors. * Continuously updating your knowledge of our solutions and current legislation. **About You** For this role, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Must be available to work in a hybrid model in Campinas. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **Candidates without a bachelor’s degree are also welcome — if approved through the selection process, they will be hired as Technicians.** * Prior experience in Fiscal and/or Accounting areas. * Ability to work with goals and focus on results. * Adaptability to structured processes and routines. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Customer Service **via telephone**. * Familiarity with the Domínio solution.
