Customer negotiation and financial viability assurance We are seeking a **Field Technical Supervisor** to oversee the technical and commercial management of startup and field service operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, process organization, and contract profitability. **Technical Requirements** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical technical drawings * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems * PLC/HMI programming, sensors, electrical controls, and machine safety systems * Familiarity with NR-10, NR-12, and machine safety standards * Experience coordinating startup and technical assistance processes * Practical experience preparing technical budgets and negotiating with customers * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields * ERP system knowledge **Main Responsibilities** * Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings of machines and equipment * Plan and schedule technical services (startups and assistance) with customers * Prepare cost estimates for parts, labor, and travel * Negotiate service pricing, timelines, and commercial terms * Ensure financial viability of service engagements (resource allocation, advance payments, and cost control) * Provide technical support to field technicians and customers (on-site and remote) * Verify whether the customer has adequate infrastructure to execute services * Serve as the interface among technical assistance, engineering, assembly, sales, and PCP * Coordinate and guide the startup and field technician team * Plan the team’s weekly schedule * Keep projects, electrical schematics, and machine software updated * Control and validate technical reports and service records * Propose design and process improvements based on field-identified issues and adjustments Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Internet allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$6.500,00 - R$9.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
