As the largest gaming store in the interior of São Paulo state, we seek individuals enthusiastic about the tech world. We only work with high-quality products and have an outstanding team ready to support your professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Internal customer and colleague support, including sending quotations and addressing specific requests. * Customer support via all communication channels, including in-person. * Assembly and creative customization of gaming computers. * Formatting, assembly, and maintenance of desktops and notebooks. * Notebook repairs, including component and connector replacements. * Critical evaluation to resolve urgent situations. * Printer repair. * On-site support. * Organization and care of tools and parts within the department. * Continuous pursuit of updates and learning in the field. * Commitment to excellence in customer service. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Compliance with company conduct policies and dress code. * Technical support for the store and other internal processes. * Proposing effective solutions to technical challenges. * Staying updated on store products and emerging technologies. * Collaboration with other departments to optimize processes. * Knowledge of sold products and awareness of market pricing. * Valid driver’s license (categories A/B). **Requirements:** * Experience assembling and maintaining desktops, notebooks, and printers. * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 7 or newer). * Configuration of email accounts and printers (local or network). * Knowledge of video games and strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills. * Interest in learning and keeping up with trends in the gaming universe. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience repairing video game consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo). * Knowledge of MacBook repair.
