Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all technical resources during an implementation project. * Provide technical integration and engage all necessary capabilities for implementation requests/projects. * Be responsible for end-to-end commissioning and decommissioning of all Configuration Items (CIs) — promoting them to operational production. * Plan and implement changes: server and service migration tasks. * Create, reuse, and maintain repetitive, automated/scripted, and procedural tasks. * Generate periodic technical status reports. * Experience in implementation projects: scheduling, scope, planning, execution, processes, reporting, communication, coordination of technical tasks with other teams and vendors. * Practical experience: deployment of Windows and Linux servers — installation, configuration, administration, support, and problem analysis. Migration services.
