




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Handle inconsistencies identified in employees’ timekeeping records, ensuring all information is properly reviewed and corrected according to internal guidelines; Support external professionals as needed, addressing their requests and providing guidance aligned with departmental procedures; Maintain confidentiality of all handled information—especially timekeeping data and other sensitive information—in compliance with internal policies and company confidentiality standards; Be available to support the Operations Desk team, assisting with daily tasks and contributing to workflow continuity and organization; Carry out requests from the immediate supervisor, following instructions and performing activities as required by the department; Perform other duties pertinent to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** EDUCATION MINIMUM: Currently enrolled in Elementary School. PREFERRED: Completed High School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. PREFERRED: Not applicable.
