We encourage applications from people of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, and physical conditions. **About responsibilities and duties:** * Supply and adjust plastic injection machines and molds according to technical specifications and production orders (POs). * Identify the batch, adjust parameters, prepare raw materials, conduct tests, clean silos, and perform other adjustments and calibrations required for machine operation. * Monitor the operating time of each machine. Operate overhead cranes to perform setup. * Adjust and regulate process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, injection speed, and other technical parameters according to product requirements. * Prepare raw materials, change mold versions, and monitor production, ensuring injection machines operate correctly and performing continuous adjustments when necessary to support operators’ pace, quality, and productivity. * Conduct initial production tests and verify conformity of produced parts.
