We encourage applications from people of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, and physical conditions. **About responsibilities and duties:** * Supply and adjust plastic injection machines and molds according to technical specifications and production orders (POs). * Identify the batch, adjust parameters, prepare raw materials, conduct tests, clean silos, and perform other adjustments and calibrations required for machine operation. * Monitor the operating time of each machine. Operate overhead cranes to perform setup. * Adjust and regulate process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, injection speed, and other technical parameters according to product requirements. * Prepare raw materials, change mold versions, and monitor production, ensuring injection machines operate correctly and performing continuous adjustments when necessary to support operators’ pace, quality, and productivity. * Conduct initial production tests and verify conformity of produced parts. Identify causes of machine malfunctions and correct identified quality deviations. * Perform minor repairs such as lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and calibrations, contacting the maintenance team when necessary. * Guide machine operators on safe and efficient operation of equipment and plastic injection processes. * Complete production, maintenance, and quality control reports, maintaining organized and readily accessible documentation for internal and external audits. * Perform and ensure cleanliness of the area and machines under your responsibility, properly disposing of all waste generated during your activities. * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your area of expertise. * Attend productivity meetings when requested. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards. * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within your area of expertise when requested. **About requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of experience with plastic injection mold changes; * Knowledge of plastic injection processes; * Practical knowledge of mold handling and method control; * Reside in Itupeva or have easy access; * Availability of working hours. **Desirable:** * Technical training in Mechanics, Plastics, or Industrial Processes; * Possession of NR 11 and NR 12 certifications; **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher or Company Shuttle * Health Insurance Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Life Insurance * Christmas Basket and Frozen Food Kit * Goal-Based Incentive Program (14th salary) * Special discounts (Kolplast employees enjoy special conditions for courses at Etcomp institution, plus differentiated benefits at local restaurants (Nova Opção and Cabanada), stationery store (Brasil), and Visual Optics, facilitating daily life and encouraging continuous development.
