Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONCIERGE We are hiring a Concierge to work in a residential condominium, ensuring the preservation, organization, and proper functioning of common areas. We seek a proactive, responsible, and committed professional with experience in building maintenance and support for condominium operational routines. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and organization of common areas * Supervise and support service providers * Conduct periodic inspections of condominium facilities * Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance * Assist management with daily operational demands Requirements: * Prior experience in this role or in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of plumbing maintenance and minor masonry repairs * Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude * Good communication skills and availability to work in a residential condominium Preferred Qualification: * Knowledge or certification in NR-35 Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: R$ 2.197,31 * Additional function allowance: R$ 439,46 * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 450,00 * Food basket: R$ 145,00 * Transportation voucher (round trip) Employment Type: * Permanent – CLT, with all labor rights guaranteed If you are a dedicated professional with initiative and skills in building maintenance and preservation, send us your resume and join our team!
