Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: Responsible for creating, developing, and finalizing graphic designs; organizing services; retouching photos; and liaising with schools for artwork approval. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Create, develop, modify, and finalize graphic designs for all company products; organize service orders within stipulated deadlines; perform photo retouching and corrections upon request; maintain updated school logo files and request new versions whenever necessary; liaise with schools for artwork approval or any other relevant adjustments; organize and monitor projects outsourced to third parties; prepare print-ready files; respond to internal requests; assist other departments when required. Requirements: Completed high school education or currently enrolled in advertising and marketing, graphic design, or related programs; prior experience as a graphic designer is preferred; proficiency in editing software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; strong communication and meeting facilitation skills; flexibility in working hours, including Saturdays; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
