Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and delivering materials, as well as assisting with inventory and stock control to ensure compliance with processes and policies. Supporting materials management and internal processes Job Description: Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver materials, and assist with inventory activities to establish cohesive stock control and ensure adherence to departmental processes, deadlines, and policies. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect materials by counting items against the invoice to ensure the received quantity matches the invoice. Sort materials according to emails received from both the Installation Department (third parties/internal teams) and other departments to supply requested items for activity execution. Deliver materials to employees using validated lists provided by the Installation and Support Departments, with signed delivery slips, to adequately supply field teams. Assist in stock control using material entry and exit spreadsheets to inform the Purchasing Department about items requiring replenishment. Assist in preparing the weekly inventory by physically counting and verifying stock items to report findings to the manager, ensuring physical quantities align with system records. Daily primary activities include: Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and delivering materials, as well as assisting with inventory, to establish stock control and ensure compliance with departmental processes, deadlines, and policies, inventory, and spreadsheet control.
