We are seeking a generalist UX/UI Designer who is proactive, dynamic, communicates effectively (including in English), and enjoys teamwork to join our #SiDiers team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and facilitate ideation sessions; * Plan and conduct user experience research; * Collect and analyze data to generate insights, concepts, and project guidance; * Create low-, medium-, or high-fidelity prototypes; * Design artifacts and graphical interfaces; * Write intuitive textual elements aligned with product objectives; * Produce project documentation such as user journeys, personas, and other deliverables as required by the product; * Deliver necessary files and documentation for implementation of the solution by the project team; * Collaborate with the project team to ensure correct design implementation.
