Focus on professional growth and teamwork Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic | Unit 1 | Americana/SP (São Manoel) **Join the team at Cantinho do Mascote Veterinary Clinic!** For 23 years, Cantinho do Mascote Veterinary Clinic has been dedicated to the care and well-being of pets in Americana. We currently operate 4 units (3 veterinary clinics and 1 exclusive bathing and grooming unit), and we are seeking a **Receptionist** to join our team. If you are communicative, organized, enjoy interacting with people, and have affection for animals, this opportunity may be right for you. **Work Location:** Americana/SP – Unit 1 Avenida Paschoal Ardito – São Manoel **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: from **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM**; * Alternate weekends, as per schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person reception for pet owners and patients; * Telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Scheduling appointments and managing the medical calendar; * Supporting administrative routines at the front desk; * Maintaining an organized workplace; * Attaching exams, documents, and consent forms to patient records; * Digitizing and archiving documents in the system; * Contributing to maintaining the clinic’s high standard of service excellence. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Affinity for and affection toward animals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in public-facing roles; * Previous experience in reception; * Proficiency with computerized systems and administrative routines; * Experience in the veterinary field or pet industry. **Compensation:** Salary negotiable.
