




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, as well as performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Support in civil, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance routines **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment such as diesel generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical control systems, emergency lighting systems, static parallel switches, transfer switches between generator and utility grid, power transformers, and other medium- and low-voltage equipment at designated locations * Responsible for conducting periodic inspection rounds on equipment; measuring consumption and performance of equipment/installations; performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; and providing technical supervision of third-party contractors engaged for specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the activity schedule * Carry out residential electrical work including wiring, installation of outlet boxes and circuit breakers, lamp replacement, electric motor replacement, and line filters * Support civil, painting, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance routines * Assemble electrical control panels and command boards * Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on residential electrical installations, appliances, and equipment, guided by blueprints, electrical schematics/diagrams, instructions, and other specific documentation * Implement actions to maintain installations in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Manage and maintain inventory control of assets assigned to the professional * Ensure proper use of individual and collective safety equipment **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology or Vocational Training in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., Electrical Installations, Electrical Control Systems) * Solid experience in generalist building maintenance **Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ and São Paulo/SP Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Food Allowance * Transportation Benefit * Basic Food Basket
