Speak with your immediate manager, express your intentions, and keep your resume updated in Sonepeople. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Control transportation operations, supporting audits to maintain performance and ensure timely payments to carriers; * Schedule and coordinate shipments through transportation/warehouse planning, guaranteeing adherence to agreed deadlines; * Contract transportation services by engaging partners to ensure freight availability; * Respond to sales and delivery requests; * Handle emergency and special deliveries; * Conduct carrier qualification processes, performing technical analyses and on-site visits to ensure service excellence and compliance with agreed service levels; * Negotiate spot freight rates respecting lead time and pricing policies to achieve lowest cost; * Control sales, transfer, and pickup operations; monitor adherence to agreed time windows with carriers to maintain operational regularity and cadence; * Support supervision in strategic decision-making based on analysis and data; extract data from systems and tabulate performance analyses to demonstrate monthly performance results; * Conduct client visits when necessary to identify solutions and alternatives for transportation and logistics procedures; collaborate with the Transportation Operations Management team to assess carrier operational capacity; * Prepare and monitor statistical and/or managerial reports, providing information and data; extract data from systems and tabulate performance analyses to demonstrate monthly performance results; * Lead local transportation projects through critical analysis and opportunity identification to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service level **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Administrative Procedures; * Data Management; * KPI Management; * Negotiation Skills; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Desired: 1 year of logistics operations experience **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, On-site Meal, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Gympass, and Profit Sharing (PLR).**Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **Ifood**, offering psychological and social counseling services free of charge to employees and their families, accessible via telephone contact.
