Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing the procurement process, ensuring high-quality acquisitions within budget and deadlines through quotations, negotiations, and control. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in the procurement process and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Collaboration with Services and Projects departments. 3. Efficient inventory management and order control. **Job Summary:** A professional responsible for executing the company's procurement process, including requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, controlling orders, and tracking deliveries. Ensures that acquisitions meet the company’s requirements, maintaining quality, staying within budget, and adhering to established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: Purchase products and services by obtaining quotations from at least three different suppliers; Receive and validate quotations to identify the supplier best meeting our needs; Negotiate with third parties and suppliers, including price negotiation; Receive and dispatch materials, contacting logistics providers when necessary; Receive materials, verify invoices, and sort products; Register purchase orders in the E2Corp system and forward invoices to the Finance Department; Maintain organized inventory by verifying available items to ensure proper registration and storage; Collaborate with the Services and Projects departments regarding material requirements. **Position:** Junior Procurement Analyst **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Professional Area:** Procurement **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance: BRL 26.00 per day (paid in cash); **Meal Voucher:** BRL 30.00 per day (paid in cash); **Attendance Bonus:** BRL 150 (credited to the Caju Card) Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance. **Requirements: Minimum Education Level:** High School \- Completed \- Mandatory **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite \- Intermediate \- Mandatory **Experience and Qualifications:** Proven experience in procurement, preferably for electrical materials; Knowledge of contract management and supply chain.
