**Job Mission:** Provide support to the operational and administrative activities of the Human Resources department, acting in a generalist manner across subsystems such as recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and organizational climate initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** Support recruitment and selection processes, from job postings to interview scheduling and candidate follow-up; Conduct new employee onboarding, preparing documentation and monitoring admission procedures; Assist in personnel administration, including time tracking, benefits, vacations, leaves, and terminations; Support payroll processing by verifying data entries and inputs; Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems and control spreadsheets; Participate in organizing training sessions and internal events, monitoring attendance and outcomes; Support internal communication and organizational climate initiatives; Manage employment documentation and ensure compliance with legal deadlines; Support audits and internal processes related to the HR area; Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and internal procedures. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. **Skills:** · Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); · Knowledge of personnel department routines and basic labor legislation; · Experience with payroll and electronic time clock systems is desirable.
