Job Summary: Provide support and assistance to students with disabilities in developing autonomy and carrying out school activities, in collaboration with the pedagogical team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the pedagogical team Inclusive Educational Agent \ **Responsibilities:** \- Provide support to students with disabilities, following guidance from the pedagogical team, teachers, and/or educational counselor; \- Assist students in developing skills that foster greater autonomy in academic activities and in society; \- Accompany students during physical education classes, following the teacher’s instructions for activity execution; \- Assist in preparing pedagogical materials for students with disabilities, meeting their specific educational needs while respecting each student’s individuality and focusing on their potentialities. \- Participate in all continuous training sessions offered by the Inclusion Advisory, the contracted company, or the teaching unit’s pedagogical team; \- Assist the pedagogical team (teachers, course coordinators, pedagogical coordination, and educational counselor) in preparing the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) as a planning and monitoring tool for the learning and development process of students with disabilities, documented individually and specifically. \- Complete the Daily Routine Form for the School Inclusion Agent, describing services provided to students; \- Identify situations concerning students requiring intervention beyond the school setting, such as medical assistance or cases of abuse. Such incidents must follow established procedures already implemented at the school unit, as necessary. **Prerequisites:** \- \*Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, with specialization in Special Education\*; \- Must work in alignment with regular classroom teachers without supplanting them, supporting them with technical expertise. **Self-employed service provision \- MEI (Microentrepreneur) contract** Compensation: BRL 28.57 per hour worked. Work schedule: Monday to Friday / Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays: 7:00 AM to 1:10 PM. Thursdays and Fridays: 7:00 AM to 12:20 PM Work location: Santa Bárbara d'Oeste.
