To work in the Architecture Group (ARQ) of the Deputy Directorate of Infrastructure (DAI) The Architecture Department at CNPEM, under the Infrastructure Directorate, coordinates and monitors architectural projects for new developments and renovations. It ensures technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with operational requirements of laboratories. It also conducts surveys, validates proposals, develops minor projects, and provides technical support for construction projects. **Responsibilities and duties** * Project Development: Develop minor architectural projects, including sketches, 3D images, and technical documentation, from Preliminary Study (EP) through to Executive Design. * Analysis and Coordination: Evaluate projects received from external designers, ensuring alignment with client requirements and operational needs, seeking cost-effective solutions and optimized timelines. * Project Management: Monitor interdisciplinary coordination, organizing periodic alignment meetings and ensuring effective communication between designers and internal clients. * Project Contracting: Provide technical support during the contracting process for architectural and complementary projects, including scope and contract analysis. * Construction Monitoring: Provide technical support for construction works related to developed projects when requested. * Planning and Reporting: Assist in planning activities within the Architecture Department by contributing technical and operational information. Prepare progress and project development reports. * Final Documentation: Prepare the GRD (Document Registration Guide), consolidating all documents delivered to the requester, aligned with the initial TAP (Project Initiation Document). * Support for Contractual Compliance: Monitor contractual deadlines, particularly regarding validity and insurance regularization, acting as a liaison between legal teams and contractors.
