Operational Supervisor

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for supervising and leading security teams, managing operations, personnel, and client relationships, as well as handling contingencies. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of security teams. 2. Response to risk situations and contingency management. 3. Development of emotional intelligence and assertive communication. Experience in security, supervision/leadership training, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and knowledge of contingency procedures. Leadership, ability to make decisions in risky situations, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and conflict management. * **Personnel Management:** Schedule, guide, train, and motivate security guards. * **Operations:** Inspect service posts, verify proper use of PPE and equipment, and ensure service quality. * **Client Relations:** Serve as a liaison between the security company and the client, addressing requests and resolving issues. * **Contingency Management:** Monitor serious incidents, prepare Incident Reports, and respond to risk situations.
