Conduct technical visits and manage absences We are hiring an OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR Job Information: The Operational Supervisor serves as the intermediary link between management and the team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards on a daily basis. Responsible for team leadership, absence and medical certificate tracking, uniform distribution, benefit cards, conducting technical visits, and process optimization (visits, reporting, safety/PPE), this role ensures compliance and customer satisfaction. Salary and Benefits: Salary: R$3700.00 \+ Meal Allowance R$900.00 \+ Transportation Allowance Company vehicle Deductions: 20% of Meal Allowance deducted from payroll 6% of Transportation Allowance REQUIREMENTS: Driver's License Category B (experience driving on highways) Experience with outsourcing companies Relevant work experience in this position; Availability to start immediately.
