An incredible team of passionate individuals and subject-matter experts **Why Join Elgin:** * We are a Proudly Brazilian company; * Opportunity to positively impact people's lives; * Space and autonomy for you to build a legacy; * An incredible team composed of people passionate about their work and recognized experts in their fields; * Opportunity to work on diverse products and projects, applying various technologies and methodologies—all under one roof. ***So ...*** ***\#JoinElgin*** ***\#MoreThanYouImagine*** **Want to learn more about our culture?** **Visit our social media channels** **Website:** **www.elgin.com.br** **Instagram: @grupo\_elgin** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform brazing of tubes, fittings, and metallic components (copper, steel, brass) per technical drawings and specifications; * Prepare parts for brazing: cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and alignment; * Select and correctly apply appropriate brazing alloys and fluxes for the base material; * Operate torches and brazing equipment with precise temperature and flame control; * Perform hard and/or soft brazing as required by the process. * Identify and correct brazing defects (porosity, lack of penetration, cracks); * Properly use PPE and comply with safety standards; maintain an organized and clean workstation (5S); * Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and gas cylinders **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Training: Oxyacetylene or Oxy-gas welding and Technical Drawing Reading & Interpretation. * Brazing using oxyacetylene or LPG torches with material temperature control * Appropriate use of flux when required; correct application of filler rods (silver, copper-phosphorus, etc.) * Adjustment of welding parameters (current, polarity, gas) * Part preparation and finishing (cleaning, beveling, alignment, drilling) * Leak testing (where applicable) * Correct use of measuring instruments (caliper, tape measure, square) * Compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE * Preference for candidates residing in Hortolândia, Monte Mor, Campinas, or Sumaré **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance Plan * Basic Food Basket * On-site Cafeteria * Life Insurance * Absenteeism Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Parking **At Elgin, technology goes beyond every seam—** **it stems from our passion for doing things differently and better, every single day.** We are a proudly Brazilian company with over 70 years of history, moving forward with the energy of those who are always just beginning.
