We are seeking a qualified professional for the position of
TECHNICIAN FOR CONSTRUCTION PLANNING III.
The following activities are performed: Supervise and schedule activities to be carried out under the contract. Monitor contract services, verifying quality, material and input flow and movement. Prepare technical documentation, control reports, and manage the project schedule. Prepare the manpower curve (HH curve) at the beginning of the project, based on projected hours until contract completion, to track and control the initially planned HH. Prepare the physical progress curve after schedule development, according to scheduled activities and their weightings, to compare planned versus actual progress. Prepare calculation memos for project values once the document list is consolidated, demonstrating the calculation methodology for documents to support measurement verification with the client and for the company’s financial purposes. Prepare service measurement bulletins after completing the document calculation memo and the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), thereby generating the total service provision value and performing monthly updates. Prepare Daily Construction Reports (RDOs), based on information from Field Daily Reports (RDCs) completed by site supervisors and foremen, and submit them for client approval to keep the client informed about construction progress. Perform financial measurement at the end of each month through analysis of completed activities. Participate in training sessions, commit to maintaining a positive work environment, and comply with standards, instructions, and procedures. Provide excellent service to clients and colleagues. Pursue continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste. Work collaboratively in teams. Maintain discipline to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements:
High school diploma; preferably a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of documented experience in the work record (CTPS) and in the stated position.
