Quality control and team management Position for Construction Manager of industrial construction projects at a construction company located in Limeira – SP and surrounding areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of various construction projects under responsibility; * Directly guide the site supervisor or foreman; * Develop and implement the physical\-financial schedule of the project; * Prepare technical reports; * Perform quality control of the construction work; * Hire and manage in-house labor and third-party companies; * Prepare service measurement documentation; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education; * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred; * Proven experience as a construction manager; * **Mandatory** experience in industrial construction projects; * Willingness to travel; * Flexibility in working hours and/or availability on Saturdays if required; * Driver's license category B (will drive the company vehicle); * Proficiency in technical reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed monthly salary starting from R$6\.000\. * Meal allowance provided by the company when working on-site.
