Job Summary: Civil construction professional with experience in team leadership, construction site organization, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Must reside in Jundiaí/SP or nearby region! **Responsibilities:** * Organize the team and assign tasks; * Review the entire project construction together with engineers; * Guide proper setup of the construction site to improve workplace organization; * Verify all purchased materials; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations; * Ensure team members use personal protective equipment; * Prevent material waste; * Keep responsible engineers informed about project progress. **Requirements:** * Knowledge related to building construction; * Leadership skills; proactive attitude and strong communication; * Ability to analyze problems and identify optimal solutions.
