Teamwork and development of responsibility. **Job Description: Construction Helper** A Construction Helper supports civil construction activities by assisting professionals such as masons, carpenters, and other team members, contributing to the efficient progress of tasks at the construction site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing materials (cement, mortar, concrete, etc.); * Transport tools, equipment, and materials within the construction site; * Support execution of masonry, concrete pouring, and finishing work; * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site; * Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures; * Follow instructions from technical supervisors and foremen; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience in the field is a plus; * Physical stamina and willingness to learn; **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility; * Agility; * Organization.
