Job Summary: Coordinate teams, technically supervise project execution, manage materials, control quality, and ensure site safety and schedule adherence. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Construction Foreman Main Responsibilities * Team coordination: Organize workers, assign tasks according to skills, and supervise correct service execution. * Technical supervision: Interpret project documents and ensure activities such as masonry, electrical, and plumbing work are carried out according to the plan. * Material management: Monitor inventory, guide proper usage, and prevent waste. * Quality control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Site safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Schedule monitoring: Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and adjust to unforeseen events when necessary.
