Job Opening: Supervisor – Mania de Churrasco Mania de Churrasco is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team and ensure excellence in customer service and unit operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the operational and customer service teams; Monitor store organization and operations; Ensure high-quality customer service; Support inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily operations; Monitor quality, cleanliness, and efficiency standards; Assist in team development and training. Requirements: Experience leading teams; Strong communication skills and proactive attitude; Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; Ability to work under operational demand; Experience in the food industry is preferred. Work Schedule: Initially 6 days on / 1 day off, with potential future transition to 5 days on / 2 days off.
