Ensures route punctuality We are seeking a **Traffic Assistant** to support logistical operations, ensuring organization, safety, and smooth traffic flow of company vehicles. **Main Responsibilities:** * Truck dispatch, RDS delivery, and checklist completion; * Daily team and route confirmation; * Fleet monitoring via system (Rascol); * Driver attendance tracking and preparation of daily and monthly reports; * Management of documents such as driver's licenses (CNH) and specialized course certificates; * Creation of service orders (OS), RDS control, and other logistics system routines. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Attention to detail and organizational ability; * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; * Basic knowledge of traffic rules and regulations; * Experience with monitoring and logistics systems (e.g., Rascol) is desirable. **Role Importance:** This professional’s performance is essential for smooth logistics operations, directly contributing to **operational efficiency**, **team safety**, and **route punctuality**.
