Job Summary: Analytical and organized professional to manage the administrative aspects of heavy-duty vehicle fleet maintenance, supervising and negotiating services. Key Highlights: 1. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty vehicle fleets 2. Supplier negotiation and cost/schedule control 3. Monitoring of KPIs and organization of departmental requests We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to manage the administrative aspects of heavy-duty vehicle fleet maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet; * Negotiate with suppliers and repair shops; * Control costs, schedules, and service quality using spreadsheets; * Monitor KPIs and organize departmental requests; * Ensure vehicle availability and proper operation. **Requirements:** * Experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance; * Organized, analytical profile with strong negotiation skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Valid driver's license and willingness to drive; * Availability to handle external requests when necessary.
