Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for releasing drivers and vehicles, ensuring the smooth flow of transportation operations as planned and meeting on-time performance targets. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure timely release of vehicles and drivers 2. Monitor and ensure complete documentation for shipments 3. Maintain information control in systems such as SAP and INFOLOG **Your challenge will be:** Responsible for releasing drivers for trips according to the schedule. This pillar’s primary objective is to guarantee daily that operations proceed as planned, from the Transportation perspective; Monitor and ensure vehicles and drivers are released within the scheduled time, with correct work shifts aligned with the Primary Fleet Transportation planning schedule; Ensure vehicles are released with all documentation required for shipment and operation; Avoid any release delays; Meet the On-Time departure target. Daily main activities: Issuing MDF-e; Issuing correction letter requests; Entering shipment-related information into the INFOLOG system database; Entering consistent data into the SAP system for better control and tracking, as well as for KPI purposes; Preparing reports for improved business monitoring and information sharing with other departments; Assigning DTs in the ONE Network system; Sending daily driver schedules; Controlling delivery and monitoring diagram discs. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **What we offer:** ️ Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; National Health Insurance Plan; Dental Insurance Plan; Gympass; Employee Referral Program; Pharmacy partnership; Life Insurance; Partnerships with educational and language institutions; CLT employment contract; ️ Working hours: 6x1 shift, 05:20 AM to 01:40 PM On-site work model.
