The Sales Analyst (or Commercial Analyst) is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing commercial processes. Provide support to the sales team to accelerate the sales process, increase revenue and productivity, as well as acquire new customers for the existing base. Generate invoices, enter sales orders, track shipment and delivery of products to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Data Analysis:** Interpret sales metrics (sales by item, region, volume) to support strategic decision-making by management * **Order/CRM Management:** Monitor the entire order lifecycle, including processing, invoicing, credit approval, and follow-up. * **Commercial Support:** Support external sales representatives, manage customer portfolios, and serve as the liaison between the commercial department and production/logistics. **Common Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred. * **Profile:** Analytical, organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
