Job Summary: We are seeking a Wareliner to join our Operations team, focused on implementing billing modules and supporting customers in using hospital routines. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a new **Wareliner** to join our **Operations** team, responsible for implementing the **Billing modules of Conecte/W**, supporting customers with system configuration, user training, and ensuring correct use of hospital billing routines. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform **implementation of the billing modules** of the **Conecte/W** system at client sites; * Train and support users, ensuring correct use of billing routines; * Assist with system configuration according to hospital rules and processes; * Actively analyze and resolve issues; * Suggest improvements to hospital processes and routines; * Analyze routines and scenarios for system implementation. **What we expect from you:** * Technical or higher education degree in **Healthcare, Administration, Technology, or related fields**; * Knowledge of **SUS, private insurance, or hospital billing processes**; * Experience with hospital routines or healthcare management systems; * Availability for **frequent travel throughout Brazil**; * Driver's license category B; * Assertive communication, teaching ability, and capacity to learn quickly. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in software implementation. **What Wareline Offers:** * Flexible VR/VA via CAJU card; * Health and dental insurance; * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on internal goals; * Training and development incentive programs; * Wellhub; * Birthday day off.
