Results-oriented focus and revenue growth OPEN POSITION | REGIONAL MANAGER – SPORT BAR CHAIN We are looking for a **Regional Manager** to join a **Sport Bar chain**, responsible for managing **3 units**. Key Responsibilities: * Operational and administrative management of assigned units * Monitoring performance indicators (sales, COGS, targets, and results) * Leadership and team development * Ensuring service standards, quality, and customer experience * Shift scheduling, HR processes, and payroll support * Strategic initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs * Compliance with internal, health, and safety regulations Requirements: * Proven experience as a **Regional Manager, General Manager, or Operations Manager** in bars, restaurants, or entertainment venues * Experience managing multiple units * Leadership profile, strategic vision, and results orientation * Willingness to travel between units * Knowledge of operational and financial metrics Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$5.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month
