Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with SHE standards, monitoring performance indicators, optimizing processes, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of organization and cleanliness (5S) * Comply with all SHE standards of the Indaiatuba Factory and Operational Procedures of the Mini Factory Processes; • Perform duties in accordance with the Company's policies on Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality; • Act in accordance with the organizational structure of your work area (routine processes); • Monitor performance indicators of your work area related to productivity, quality, safety, costs, etc.; • Monitor daily silo/tank levels, request materials via A.M.P (SAP system), and supply/drain the system as needed; • Monitor the SAP system for your area (inventory control and production order reconciliation); • Lead and/or participate in improvement initiatives focused on loss reduction through Kaizen implementation; V \- Key Responsibilities 01\. Comply with all SHE standards of the Indaiatuba Factory and Operational Procedures of the Mini Factory Processes; 02\. Perform duties in accordance with the Company's policies on Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality; 03\. Act in accordance with the organizational structure of your work area (routine processes); 04\. Monitor performance indicators of your work area related to productivity, quality, safety, costs, etc.; 05\. Monitor daily silo/tank levels, request materials via A.M.P (SAP system), and supply/drain the system as needed; 06\. Monitor the SAP system for your area (inventory control and production order reconciliation); 07\. Lead and/or participate in improvement initiatives focused on loss reduction through Kaizen implementation; 08\. Responsible for aesthetic cleaning of areas and equipment per procedures; 09\. Assist in maintenance of process-area equipment; 10\. Collect raw materials / base and final products for analysis (when required); 11\. Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of areas per 5S principles; 12\. Know and apply procedures and standards related to enzyme handling; 13\. Assist in organizing and cleaning process areas when requested; 14\. Attend GGA meetings and daily meetings when invited; 15\. Perform bag removal via sack and bagging-off (final line PH and sack – tower deviation); 16\. Replace BF bags – exhaust system – PH and blowing; 17\. Assist operators in replacing cartridge filters and BF sleeves in process areas; 18\. Assist process operators in cleaning conveyor belts and sieves in process areas; 19\. Assist operators during cleaning of Towers, Dry and Wet Cyclones VI – SHE Roles & Responsibilities 1\. Understand and accept your SHE responsibility as part of your role/job; 2\. Treat SHE as a core value, giving it equal status to production, quality, cost, and employee relations; 3\. Set a positive example by complying with standards and procedures, and promote and encourage SHE-related attitudes and activities; 4\. Know and analyze SHE performance indicators for your area; 5\. Keep leadership informed about progress toward achieving SHE goals, objectives, and challenges encountered; 6\. Participate in scheduled inspections of your area; 7\. Prepare Safety FIPs; 8\. Participate in SHE forums whenever convened; 9\. Monitor resolution of green labels in your area via the Management System; 10\. Ensure SHE is prioritized in discussion forums within the factory’s governance system; 11\. Report deviations, incidents, and learnings by opening labels, Guardian Angel observations, and FIPs; 12\. Maintain a clean and safe workplace per 5S standards; 13\. Assess how to perform a task safely before starting (OPA); 14\. Participate in DDS and safety forums; 15\. Know and follow emergency procedures and those applicable in case of accidents/incidents; 16\. Know and correctly complete operational checklists for your area; 17\. Know and comply with SHE policy, fundamental and general standards; 18\. Ensure SHE knowledge transfer to new employees in your area (Mentors) SHE29 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MANAGERS 1\. Ensure compliance with the internal standard for safe enzyme management, including obtaining and maintaining the Operating License; 2\. Ensure risks are identified, assessed by a multidisciplinary team, and managed via action plans kept under control; 3\. Ensure risks are communicated and understood across the organization, especially when changes occur in work practices or suspected respiratory sensitivities/symptoms arise; 4\. Provide resources to mitigate identified risks; 5\. Escalate SHE29 non-conformities to the highest site level to implement risk mitigation measures; 6\. Ensure all employees and contractors receive training and understand SHE29 risks; 7\. Ensure the maintenance plan for enzymatic processing equipment is implemented; 8\. Ensure the site conducts verification exercises for compliance with the standard; 9\. Conduct DCAs and SBOs on SHE29 topics; 10\. Inform employees and others potentially exposed to health risks; 11\. Provide information, instructions, and training on safe work practices, PPE use, and importance of health surveillance programs; 12\. Encourage early reporting of new respiratory symptoms by employees to their Line Manager and MOH; 13\. Manage individuals where MOH recommends possible workplace adjustments or reassignment; 14\. Lead, facilitate, and contribute to investigations of occupational respiratory diseases, collaborating with Occupational Safety and Health & Safety Union representatives as needed COORDINATORS 1\. Ensure compliance with the internal standard for safe enzyme management, including obtaining and maintaining the Operating License; 2\. Ensure risks are identified, assessed, and managed via action plans, and that they are communicated and understood across the organization; 3\. Provide resources to mitigate identified risks; 4\. Escalate SHE29 non-conformities to management level to implement risk mitigation measures; 5\. Ensure all employees and contractors receive training and understand SHE29 risks; 6\. Ensure the maintenance plan for enzymatic processing equipment is implemented; 7\. Conduct DCAs and SBOs on SHE29 topics; 8\. Report any non-conformities with the SHE29 management system ANALYSTS 1\. Ensure compliance with the internal standard for safe enzyme management, including obtaining and maintaining the Operating License; 2\. Escalate SHE29 non-conformities to leadership to implement risk mitigation measures; 3\. Conduct DCAs and SBOs on SHE29 topics OPERATORS AND ASSISTANTS 1\. Actively participate in the enzyme handling safety program; 2\. Attend safety-focused training sessions; 3\. Report unsafe conditions related to enzyme handling; 4\. Report incidents involving enzymatic products; 5\. Report any respiratory symptoms to your Line Manager and MOH (Health Service) at an early stage; 6\. Follow safe work practices, including correct use of provided controls/defenses for your protection; 7\. Participate in any investigation process related to enzymes in the workplace; 8\. Actively participate in the site’s information, education, and training program; 9\. Correctly follow operational procedures and use enzyme-specific PPE; 10\. Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for machines and equipment; 11\. Ensure adherence to area cleaning schedules; 12\. Conduct DCAs and SBOs on SHE29 topics; 13\.
