Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams We are seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring organization, clarity in communications, and excellence in relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, and phone; * Track the customer journey (onboarding, routine interactions, and post-support); * Ensure prompt follow-up and end-to-end tracking of requests until resolution; * Organize and route requests to relevant internal departments; * Support new client onboarding (document collection, initial guidance); * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience; * Maintain organized records in the system and monitor deadlines; * Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Proficiency with technology (WhatsApp Web, email, systems); * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer support or customer success; * Experience working in an accounting firm or B2B service environment; * Experience with CRM or demand management tools; * Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset; * Interest in customer experience and continuous improvement.
