




**Pastry Chef – Hotel** **Recife, PE** Hotel located in Recife/PE is hiring a **Pastry Chef** to work in the Food & Beverage department. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare cakes, pies, desserts, and sweets in general * Produce desserts for breakfast, events, and hotel services * Organize and monitor the expiration dates of ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a pastry chef * Knowledge of basic and intermediate pastry techniques * Organization, agility, and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospitality or large-scale production **Work Schedule:** * Rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off * Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM **Job Type:** * CLT (Permanent) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * On-site meals * Service charge * TotalPass Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance
