




**Mission:** Lead the company’s marketing strategies comprehensively and integrally, from planning through execution of initiatives. The goal is to strengthen the brand, expand market presence, and ensure all communication and marketing initiatives align with the business’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Manage social media, corporate website, and other company communication channels. * Coordinate the production of graphic materials, institutional content, and advertising assets. * Monitor campaign performance indicators, analyze metrics, and propose improvements. * Support the organization of internal and external events, trade shows, and corporate training sessions. * Maintain relationships with marketing vendors and partners. * Manage the internal communication calendar, including employee engagement and internal marketing campaigns. * Support brand development and market positioning. * Manage the marketing team, ensuring quality and timely delivery. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience in generalist marketing, including hands-on involvement in digital and offline campaigns. * Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.). * Leadership, organizational, and priority management skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, creativity, and strategic vision. **Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- R.
