Job Summary: The professional will perform electro-technical and electromechanical services, supporting daily building infrastructure operations and maintenance, ensuring safe and functional environments. Monitoring of corporate spaces and building facilities * Responsibilities: Perform electro-technical and electromechanical services to execute and support daily operations related to building infrastructure, maintenance, outsourced services, and employee support. Monitor the operation of corporate spaces, equipment, and building facilities to promote safe, comfortable, and functional environments. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Install and configure power distribution panels, motors, pumps, and electrical equipment. Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards NR10, NR12, and NBRs. Test electrical protection devices (circuit breakers, surge protectors, residual-current circuit breakers). Perform maintenance on hydraulic pump and pressurization systems. Manage service orders, prepare technical reports, supervise third-party contractors, support infrastructure projects, participate in technical meetings with the facilities team, and assess technical requirements for new spaces or renovations. * Requirements: Technical education in electro-technology or electromechanics.
