You will receive formal employment registration in your Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Profissional), plus participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily working schedule of 4 hours—working 4 days per week at the company and 1 day per week attending the ESPRO course—you’ll stand out as a distinctive young professional! Working Hours: 08:00–12:00 OR 13:00–17:00 \- Monday to Friday. Course/Capacitation Theory Hours: 08:00–12:00 or 13:00–17:00 Initial ESPRO Course Phase: 10 days (Monday to Friday), online (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Phase: Once per week, in-person. Contract Duration: 23 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in EAD format for theoretical training \- Initial Phase. They will remain in theoretical training for 10 business days. Upon completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start activities at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate phase. The intermediate-phase course will be conducted in-person at ESPRO. **Responsibilities:** Performs support services for administrative departments, assisting in office routine execution, controlling and organizing documentation, supporting document preparation and submission, monitoring administrative processes, and serving customers and suppliers. Complies with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental preservation standards. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance. 2512200202551700222
