User assistance, incident logging and tracking via GLPI. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals. Support for Windows and corporate systems (ERP TOTVS Winthor is a plus). Basic hardware, software, and network issue diagnosis and resolution. Escalation of complex incidents. IT asset control and organization. Documentation of procedures and support for area improvements. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Completed technical education required.
