The company is seeking an HR Assistant in Indaiatuba. **Responsibilities:** Conduct the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for operational, administrative, and mid-management positions. Align candidate profiles with managers, understand requirements, and define sourcing strategies. Support job posting dissemination across major platforms, social networks, and recruitment channels. Perform resume screening, interviews, application of tests and case studies, and record information in internal systems. Assist in defining the most suitable candidate profiles for positions and propose improvements, innovations, and technologies to optimize R&S processes. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree completed.
